Refund Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency.

Overview

At iCare Diagnostics, we strive to provide the highest quality service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all our patients.

1. Cancellation by Customer
  • More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of all fees paid.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • After Technician Arrival: If the phlebotomist arrives at the location and the service cannot be performed due to patient refusal, failure to follow preparation instructions (e.g., fasting), or absence ("no-show"), the appointment is non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Requests to reschedule within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

3. Service Failures

In the unlikely event of a service failure on our part:

  • Technician No-Show: If our technician fails to arrive for your scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule with a priority booking discount.
  • Unsuccessful Collection: If we are unable to collect a sufficient sample after two attempts (due to difficult veins or other technical factors), you will not be charged. We can offer a full refund or schedule a senior phlebotomist for a second attempt at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
